I help deplete women find their spiritual and physical strength to overcome pelvic floor problems and depletion of energy!

I'm a mom of three, prolapse conqueror, strength coach and soil scientists that loves the Most High God!

I've spent the past five years working closely coaching women all over the world to return to exercise and live their lives WITHOUT pelvic floor dysfunction and prolapse problems.
I've coached thousands of people through my digital courses to build core, pelvic floor strength and overcome prolapse through progressive and effective methods that tackle the WHOLE body and root cause.

My methods include principles from traditional strength training, hardstyle Russian kettlebell training, primal movement philosophies, traditional Chinese medicine, homeopathy and naturopathic approaches,  postural restoration and dynamic neurostability systems.
